COfag here, beaujos is not very good. its mediocre pizza with a lot of mediorcre bread you can dip in honey. it's not terrible, but i refuse to recognize it as "colorado style" as no one eats it besides tourists. we have some good pizza places, but i don't think its anything different enough to call itself a new style.
