Growing up my mom would make pizza with ketchup+mayo as the sauce, the most common toppings peas, pickles, corn, ground chicken, and pepperonis. Cheese on top.

I put the toppings on top of the cheese now but peas, pickles and ground chicken are still my favorite.

Crosta Mollica stromboli
The only sourdough pizza I can actually enjoy, but it bakes quickly and tastes fresh every time. Usually I prefer deep pan restaurant pizza but practically no one does it well in my area.
