Just cut lengthwise so you get two large pieces from every zucchini, it’s easier to flip, and it cooks better. Cook on high heat until you get a bit of char and color on the flat side before flipping and doing the same to the skin side. You don’t want to go too long, otherwise it’ll go mushy
