do you use mouthwash after every meal?

>> No.19698225

The other night my mouth got so dry that I feared I was seriously ill with something (it wouldn't moisten up even after drinking three bottles of water) and now I'm 99% certain it had something to do with the mouthwash I used

Not immediately, but generally yes.

Brush floss and mouthwash every night, that's it. Always get comments from the hygienist at my cleaning appointments that I have remarkably little plaque buildup and outside of work I had done to correct for neglecting my teeth as a dumb kid, have had zero issues my entire adult life.

Sucks that it's kind of a gamble how diligent you have to be about it, some people can get away with the bare minimum like I can, but others can brush and floss after every single meal and still have problems cause their genetics suck.

mouthwash is literally pointless
floss then brush morning and night and rinse mouth with just water after you're done eating

water doesn't kill the bacteria in the crevices of your teeth. nor will it do fuck all for places like a cavity you aren't aware of. at least say salt water retard.

you know you can swish your toothpaste around in your mouth right
literally no point to mouthwash

No, but if my mouth feels dirty or something I'll chew gum. That's probably why after dinner mints are a thing.

mouthwash is one the biggest marketing scams

Brb paying 8-9 to spit it out 30 seconds later

I still use it on days when I don't wear my retainer though
