I sear and put some steaks in an oven at low heat for all the well done fags. They are my favorite customers, I just take their steak out of the oven. If there's any leftovers I just reheat those steak the next day. It's not like the well done fags are expecting anything else than dried out meat.

I do this with chicken breasts on busy nights. Just move them from the warming oven to the cooking oven when we get an order and set a timer. Saves a ton of grill space.
