I live close enough to STL that I grew up with it, and really the only place I think it shines is as a take-home oven pizza - ALDI carries it, and the cheese melts and browns and the crust really just needs warmed up to be ready. It is pretty mediocre at its best though.

As for sides their signature wing sauce is the worst I've had of any chain and other places do baked ravioli better - hell, other places do IMO's particular variation better under the "St Louis Style" branding.

I'm from India and we pizza is becoming bigger and bigger over here but New York / Neapolitan style are the only variations we ever get. So when I visited USA a couple yrs ago I tried Chicago style pizza and it was great. Basically like a completely different thing than a pizza, like a saucy casserole. But it was good. I had it very cold weather and it felt appropriate.
