So apparently with just some milk, you can make cheese, yogurt, cream, butter, buttermilk, and protein powder. Wtf????

And where can I get really good quality milk in california?

>> No.19653410

Homogenized milk doesn't work well for making cheese. Pasteurized milk makes inferior cheese.

High quality raw milk always produces better dairy products.

Is there a way for a man to make these things cheaply by just buying some milk? It sounds like bare minimum I'd need raw milk instead from s farm of store milk and apparently a lot of machines
