No, milk legitimately ruins like 2-3 days for me because I bloat up for 4-5 hours, throw up everything including air, the acid burns up everything from stomach to throat to mouth, my eyes burn up and go sharingan, headaches, stomach ache, chest pains,etc, etc.
Obviously, there's a miniscule amount that I can handle, which seems to be quantity in oreos. I can eat them without feeling like I am dying. I don't eat a lot though so I dunno if it'll hurt me the day I decide to binge eat.
