This is not paella. The pasta has to be with cutted & thin capellini (Here we call it "Cabell d'àngel" (Angel's hair)). The pasta also has to be brown. In order to do so you fry the pasta into a pan. I don't know why did you made it so it look paella with pasta instead of rice. I know this is crazy, but there is much more than that. One last thing is that this is served with alioli sauce. Although I must say your "fideua" looks yummy.
