I've tried this a few times before and found it to be fairly average, I never got the hype for it. I tried it again today and for the first time it actually tasted delicious.

It goes with specific food extremely well. I don't think there's a single better compliment for pho.
Also how did you get it? I own a restauraunt and actually just ebayed my stock (racha as well as oblek) for like 500%. Easiest 5k I've made in my life. Saved some for myself and really hoping the farm recovers, but they might get fucked.

Found this in my fridge when I was cleaning it out. Was going to throw it away when I remembered there was a shortage of it. It expired in May '22 but it hasn't gone bad. Not sure I understand the hype around it to be honest. It's got a good mildish spiciness, kinda sweet with a good chilli flavour. Overall, a decent sauce.
