Unless you live in some 3rd world shithole most modern prisons employ nutritionists to concoct set menus that meet nutrition requirements. I'm not saying that the food is good, but I know from experience that there is an attempt at least to keep inmates from dying of malnutrition.
Most of the retards who end up in prison can barely feed themselves and end up eating the best food of their lives on the inside.
