i like to slow cook a top round roast with extra tallow, a jar of olives, jar of pepperoncinis, onions, garlic, a bit of beef stock, and a bunch of oregano. makes for really nice italian beef

A friend of mine from college became a special investigator in DOJ/FBI. He investigates pedophiles. We hung out a while ago and he was telling me about a big case that involved several different agencies across a couple different states. And you would be right on the rice. It was just a little chewy, but that's better than broken and mushy. I added some water on the reheat for today and that fixed it, so, no biggie. It wasn't greasy though I did notice that this ghee was crazy yellow. I bought this ghee. My homemade stuff has never been dayglow yellow.
