He reminds me of my dad before he died of heart failure who also suffered a stroke about a year before he died. He lost a lot of weight mostly in muscle and has the grey skin colour and sallow face like this guy toward the end. I don’t think turning to healthy eating now will save him he’s clearly at end stage of cardio vascular disease / insulin resistance.
