Who the fuck refrigerates Tabasco? The only hot sauces I refrigerate are ones like Da Bomb where I use one drop in an entire dish, and will last me for years. Nothing can grow in any properly made hot sauce, and the flavor will remain virtually unchanged unless it sits around at room temperature for more than a year at least.
