at work we have to throw out pie that is dated 6 days old. just yesterday i ate a slice of pecan pie we were going to throw out for "being bad" two weeks ago, it was still great.
so when the 6 days are up i just ask customers if they want free pie. we never sell it, they don't even know we serve pie.
