Culver's is shit. The food is overpriced and mediocre, but the reason it's shit is calling it a 'drive thru' when they immediately tell everyone to park with a number in their window and wait for the food. DRIVE thru is called that because you don't park. Some places are backed up and might have you do it for a few minutes, but this is something Culver's does 100% of the time and not just a "in case we're too busy". Bad food, bad customer service, bad naming of a drive-thru when it's not one.

Okay. However, "overrated" implies nothing about the food at all, it's a meaningless completely vapid statement. The other two give an idea of quality but 'overrated' could mean "amazing", "fine", or "terrible" because people's opinions on it being higher than they should be doesn't necessitate it's not fantastic/terrible/fine.
