Stuffed zuccini.

Cut zuccini in half. Chop up 3 multi colored small sweet peppers and some yellow onion. Fry up some bacon and put on paper towels to degrease.

You want to take a small spoon and take a ton of the zuccini out from the center, put in some chopped up pickled mexican halapenos first.

Take the onion and sweet peppers and mix in with equal parts paprika, cayanne, and also some garlic powder, pepper, tumeric and salt, mix in really well.

Put those in the zuccini next, then grab an ev olive oil bottle and put your thumb in to drizzle some on top, stick in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes.

Take out, put chopped up bacon and some 3 cheese blend on top, put back in and broil for a few minutes.

I had this the other day it was good

I make a neat savory french toast.
>Sweet challah
>Beat eggs with milk
>Drown slice
>Pan cook with some oil, moderate heat for soft center
>Serve with 25% cream cheese that melts from heat and salted tomato slices
Two eggs usually make 2 and a half slices. I often finish hungrier than I started because of how good it tastes. Simple, free ingredients and prep, takes little cleaning afterward.

Calzone omelet.

Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, whisk thoroughly, then pour into a large, heavily buttered pan on low heat. The egg should fill the pan completely. Wait a very short while for the bottom-most layer of the egg to solidify, then pour in chopped onions and peppers. Give it a minute or two to stabilize more, then add cayenne pepper, cumin, and paprika in very generous amounts (these should be proper coatings, not just sprinkled on). Add a coarse grained salt in one or two good pinches. Finally, shred plenty of cheese on top of everything once the egg is almost entirely solidified, then use a spatula to fold the omelet closed and move to a plate for eating.

Optional:
-Add tomatoes if possible. They should be flavorful ones, maybe cherry tomatoes. They should be chopped into small bits to allow juice to flow and should be added relatively late so they don't cook.
-If tomatoes are added, use a weak cheese, else use something sharper
-Adding meat works, but add more spice if you do it

Important tips:
-don't fuck with the egg too much. If you poke/move it excessively it will break. Don't move the spatula under it until the last moments; the butter should handle separating it from the pan just fine.
-don't go to far adding ingredients or it will either not fold or break
