I like Andy Hearnden, he's a guy from New Zealand that is probably the best chef in the world

Every single recipe he makes looks so good, and he puts so much effort into his recipes, it's clear he's a seasoned professional who really cares about his work

Cookbooks can be great, but if a picture is worth a thousand words, a video is worth ten thousand.
Cookbooks are best to use when you need a quick refresher on amounts, but already know the technique. I already know how to make bread and how to knead dough, so a quick reference to Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, or another of Ken Forkish's books for the ratios of a specific type of bread, is very useful.
But I wouldn't have wanted to learn everything from that book, as there were some tricks that I only picked up from watching videos.
