Who the fuck is this for? The shit just clumps together in a big noodle knot. Is it supposed to be like that or is there some kind of special prep for it?

sounds like a greaseball creation

The only time I've enjoyed it was with a light white sauce and shrimp

I want to know wtf you people are doing for your pasta to clump or stick.
I've literally never had this issue.

Perfectly lovely.

And i don't believe you're a functioning human fucking being if your pasta clumps. You must be fucking retarded, which is saying something because i know a literal retard who is also autistic and they only pasta he'll eat it's angel hair and even he can boil some for himself just fine.
Not to mention that i can, too. I use it as a cheap alternative to saimin for stir fried noodles

I like angel hair. It's cute and delicate. It feels a little more special than a spaghetti or linguini.
Its also good for specific sauces. Obviously you're not gonna do a heavy ragout with angel hair.

Figures. You probably break the noodles apart, too, don't you? You and your classmate can leave the thread any time.

Opinion discarded.

That doesn't seem to be the issue. The pasta is separate just fine when cooking, but it clumps after straining.

>Figures. You probably break the noodles apart, too, don't you?
I do not. Do you even know what saimin is or how to stir fry noodles, you blithering sticky-pasta-cooking faggot-ass mong?

>>19422649
>clumps after straining
Are you yeast, flour or salt? You've gotta be one of those things since you're clearly inbred.
Don't leave that shit in the collander for 17 years then wonder why it sticks together, retard.
After straining, put it back into its cooking pot and stir a half ladle or so (more or less, depending on quantity of pasta you've cooked) of sauce into it. Besides flavouring it, this helps prevent "clumping" until you're ready to plate and sauce it properly. In my part of Italy, we toss the whole lot of sauce with it, moreorless, stir it in then plate the pasta with whatever sauce sticks to it and add an additional spoonful of sauce to each serving.
I sincerely hope this was helpeful because if not, then there's truly no hope for you and you should get yourself checked for whatever sort of trisomy or other 'tard issue you likely have. Glue-eating droolmonkeys shouldn't be allowed in kitchens. Oughtta be a law. I'll write my MP.

She shops at Kroger. Of course she's retarded and can't cook pasta. Kroger is only in the least intelligent parts of an already unintelligent country. That's stupidity squared. Maybe even cubed, considering you have to be a literal retard to pay Kroger prices.

I rinse the noodles once they're cooked and rarely get any that cling. I heard rinsing with the water you cooked it in is better.

>> No.19424578

>>19419699
Throw in small pot, overcrowd it, never stir. Has happened to me when I cook in my smaller pot instead of the big one. But stirring it prevents it from clumping. In the big pot with more space, the bubbling action of it boiling it will move it around enough so it doesnt happen.

Anyways, angel hair is nice with a white sauce. I dont like shrimp though. Its really a 'rare occasion' kind of pasta shape for me.

Just add a little sauce to it or some olive oil if you are having issues with it sticking. Or you know try to have it finish close to when your sauce is finished. Don't rinse your pasta.
