When you emphasize words by styling them as though they were shouted- repeating letters and capitalizing, it is very poor form to repeat letters which typically change pronunciation when repeated (for example, styling "goal" as "GOOOOAAAAALLLLLL" clearly changes pronunciation in the eyes of the reader to, phonetically, "goo-all") Whether this is an issue of poor education or simply being an ESL, it is bad form which reflects badly upon you as a writer, and as such should be avoided. An oft co-committed writerly crime is to repeat letters which represents plosives (T, D, K/C, G, etc.). To understand why this should not be done, consider how you would pronunce "GGGGGOOOOAAAALLLL". While the, a repeated "G" would likely be interpreted by the reader as a "gugugugug" sort of staccato, which is clearly not intended.
