To me/my family, it's all the same, because it all gets cut off the bone, cut to bite size pieces with scissors and dusted in cornstarch to ve fried in lard -- to be used with noodles/rice, in a sandwich, with mash/gravy or just by itself to be dipped in various homemade sauces. The point is, for us, it's moot.
