If you were really worried about it, then you would use one of the many free online nutrition tools to see if you have any deficiencies in your diet. Nobody here can answer your question because nobody knows what else you eat.

Anyway, yes, you should eat all vegetables. Picky eaters are weak and won't survive the winter.

Fruit and veg are over rated anyway anon. 5 servings per day? Does anyone really do this? Fruit is natures candy. Vegetables are literally who tier foods. The boomer era food pyramid is random nonsense with no modern science to back it up, only fit to make you into some kind of dopey gruel eating slave.

I often just eat meat alone. Everything is a sideshow to the meat, most other things are filler. Good quality dairy is the only other substantial area.
I ate two packs of decent sausages today, a total of 12. I also had two bowls of cereal, so some full fat milk with vitamin enriched carbs. All of the flour in that puffed out cereal could probably be compressed into less than a cupful.
If I cook a chicken I'll probably eat the whole thing that evening, with just a little bit of something else on the side. Whenever I eat a lot of chicken by itself I feel my circulation boost and my face starts tingling.

I ate 2 super rare steaks for breakfast the other day. I'll often just have a whole pack of sausages for breakfast. I eat whole chickens. I'll just have some pesto, garlic mayo or whatever with these things.
For a while, maybe a few months, I was having anywhere from 6 to12 raw eggs a day, blended with milk and maybe a banana. One shake for breakfast, and I wasn't hungry all day until I got home after work. Sometimes I just had another 6 egg shake for dinner.
