I stopped eating seed oils over a decade ago because they smell like industrial solvents, and made me feel like shit when I ate anything containing them. Have you ever opened a bottle of "vegetable" oil and took a big whiff? It smells awful. Now compare that to a bottle of olive oil, or a jar of clarified butter which makes your mouth water with just the smell.
