How do I season my breaded chicken tenders? I tried putting some cajun seasoning in the flour and in the breadcrumbs but it didnt seem to do much

You're on the right track with that, but you have to use more than you think. Just dump a bunch of it in there and when you think you're overdoing it add a little bit more to be sure.

you're not using enough salt if you can't taste it

this is true if anon is making them at home and is under the impression that any amount of herbs or spices will work if he has no salt salt- salt is the best seasoning you can have

but if hes buying storebought, he doesnt need to add any

You need to use a shitload of salt mainly. That's why restaurant food always tastes better than homemade, because they gave no guilt about the amount of salt, oil, sugar, msg, etc. they add

Alternatively, rub your seasoning directly on the chicken and let it settle in before you start dredging and breading.

Quadruple what you used next time you try
You don't use ALL of the flour so you need quite a bit more than what you'd think

Season the lard you fry them in. Only use herbs, pepper, salt in the breading. The lard will absorb the chili pepper spice.

I was about to give you the perfect flour-salt-spice ratio but now I cannot on principle
