There is no magic fix for a hangover, neither before nor after. Eating well generally is often going to make it less severe, as is not staying up to long (it's my experience that I get more hungover from the same amount of alcohol drunk late at night rather than in the afternoon through early evening). Six tall cans which I assume is what you mean by three litres is probably not going to give you that bad of a hangover unless you buy very strong stuff. The only real saving grace is if you're young, I didn't start getting real bad hangovers until my mid 20s, and now that I'm 30 I can get sick for days after a proper romp.
