Besides extra garlic and salt and pepper I'm just using a Vermont curry brick. I like it more than curries I've made from scratch and it costs less than buying everything.


Anyways. Butter rosemary salt pepper, touch of garlic powder because I forgot to buy garlic. I also forgot mushrooms and I'm more mad about that.
