I love the Nathan's hotdog competition. I love independence day celebrations. I love the fireworks.
I love the cookouts with dogs, burgers, potato salad, mac n cheese, chips, baked beans, and kegs of tranny beer. I love slip n slides, pool parties, and I love being an American. It's gonna be a fucking blast, burgerbros.
GOD BLESS AMERICA.

What's the point? If you're not even enjoying the food and you don't need their nutrients, it's just a waste. At least with olympic athletes their bodies improve after exercise.

Impressive feat but personally I think these contests are super retarded and a waste of food. But meh to each their own. 71 hotdog's man unbelievable, how doesn't his stomach rupture?

I don't know if they've ever answered, how big are the craps they have. Is it a bunch of regular ones throughout the next day or one big massive one where it blows everything apart down there.

>do they actually digest the hotdogs?
Not entirely. Since this is a Nathan's competition, the contestants get a bill afterwards for all the hot dogs they eat. But there's a vomit trough behind the stage, and you can "return" undigested partial hot dogs, which get recycled into the Nathan's next batch of pink slime. Then you get a credit towards your bill, based on vomit weight. In the past, some competitors tried to game the system by swallowing a bunch of lead fishing weights beforehand, so now Nathan's has on-site chemical analysis to separate out foreign objects, stomach acid, etc, to ensure that you get charged the maximum for any food that might have already moved into the small intestine.
