Damn, this place is pretty mediocre, but you have to respect a place that serves sake/hamachi kama. It’s one of the few remaining “throwaway” ingredients that people haven’t discovered yet so is still sold for dirt cheap, despite being one of the best parts of the fish.

You don't know anything about how beer is made, do you? Most beers are technically "limited release", they just don't call them that unless it's a variation on an established beer. It's not like beer is made on an assembly line and the brewery is just like, "lol, let's pull the lever and stop production right here to screw over the customer and sell this beer for more because of artificial scarcity!" No, they make beer in batches in a limited number of large fermentation tanks.

Thinking that a "limited release" beer is the same as a special flavor of kitkat or a limited time Taco Bell item is retarded.
