>make scrambled eggs in the microwave after always cooking them on stovetop
>they're the best scrambled eggs I've ever had, no stick, no mess, very fluffy and tasty
How have I never thought of this before?

Yeah it is really convenient but you have to be careful, just a few seconds too long and they start to turn to rubber. Gotta stop the microwave before it's done and mix everything around, let the heat finish cooking the rest.

When the microwave was first invented one of its signature selling points was cooking eggs in it. Good job anon you used it correctly and think like a 1960s house wife.

Just wait until you realize how much better hard booked eggs are when you nuke them. Say goodbye to greenish chalky yolks and say hello to vibrant yellow fudgy goodness.

Cooking in general tends to be bad for micronutrients. But what standard are they even comparing a microwave to? They don't list a specific food, or how long it has been cooked for. Or the alternative method of cooking. Lightly steaming is probably the gold standard especially for vegetables and such, but most folks won't eat vegetables that are par cooked so the goal of trying to cook something as little as possible to preserve the nutrients is a fruitless endeavor. If folks are cooking their food anyway, on account of enjoying cooked foods, I'm not sure that the microwave is any worse than pan frying. Doesn't require a lot of oil.

If done well they're pretty much the same as cooking on a stove yeah. Quick, easy, all done in one dish so less cleanup, work smarter not harder

it depends on the microwave. the one i liked i could just beat an egg in a small plastic bowl i sprayed with pam, microwave for 60-75 seconds, and it came out the perfect size an egg on a burger bun

>Tall apt building has microwave emitters on top for cell signals
>AC dies
>Landlord calls retard friend's business to fix it
>They refuse to go on the roof to fix the AC because of "the radiation warning"
When I explained that it's non-ionizing and harmless their response was "says who?"

In that heat with no AC and this dumb cunt telling me physics doesn't real so he can't fix my air...
If I had a gun I'd be in prison for murder.

Wait until you find out what Espresso style eggs are like.
