Not really, but they aren't any less healthy either. The supposed reduction in tar quantities from filters is almost entirely bullshit. Cigarette manufacturers put perforations in the filter paper to increase airflow which reduces the level of tar when they test the cigarettes. Most people will either intentionally or subconsciously put their lips over the perforations when smoking to get a fuller bodied drag.

well my number one recommendation is to find a cigar lounge with a quality humidor and some staff that give half a shit. I wouldn't be after a specific brand more than a well taken care of, properly humidified cigar, and I couldn't tell whats in stock around you.
Having said that, Perdomo sells five packs of humidified pouches. Get the champagne, or any CT shade really. Some people might recommend some of the higher end flavored cigars but I think if you're actually interested in cigars you should try a shade leaf

Pipe smoker here, usually 3 or 4 times a week. Low enough my doctor and dentist both classify it as statistically insignificant and unlikely to meaningfully increase any health risks.

Not that any tobacco use is truly risk free, but if it’s low enough that even my doctor and dentist don’t care, then I think that’s worth it for me.

I like cigars but rarely can devote the time to really enjoy one unless I’m at the cottage or something similar. The only drawback is that pipe smoking looks fedora-tier so I don’t like anyone seeing it.

100%. It’s insane how much shit they pump into cigs. Cigs (minus the few untreated brands available) are just tobacco sawdust used as a carrier for chemicals. It might as well be cotton soaked in the chems for all it contributes.

>> No.19358776

I worked in a cigarette factory for 1,5 years. People saying there's a bunch of chemicals in cigarettes or that it's sawdust have no idea. You ever try nicotine gum and see how it still burns your mouth a little bit like snus? The common denominator between all these products is the nicotine not the other chems. Wrong, sorry. Water is the deadliest thing in the cheapest chemical laden matter. Water is one of the most toxic substances on the planet, it takes a relatively small amount to kill a man, it destroys your whole brain, and it gives brain damage or death.

These give you headaches if you smoke them repeatedly. One a day cigarette at most. Camel non filters are superior if you want to smoke a pack a day. Almost no headache from them. Also making sure the smoke is hot prevents headaches a bit so if it's about to go out do a pre puff and don't inhale that one and then next do the inhale.

Here in Brazil, american spirits are way different. We call them "straw cigarettes" they are way stronger than your common unfiltered cigarette. They also have this distinct taste due the straw, I can't explain it, but is like drinking a blue moon after a budweiser. You can buy a pack for 6 dollars.

Imagine being this conformist. The reality is that even in the "studies" that show health problems from smoking tobacco, it's some ridiculous amount like 5 packs a day. Yeah, of course, if I smoked that much of anything I'd have problems. Smoking straight rolled up paper or inhaling hickory wood chip smoke at the '5 packs a day' intake and I'll get tar in my lungs eventually. If you smoke 1-3 cigarettes per day it's purely beneficial for your cognition and mental health an has near-zero impact on physical health.
