How to make a grilled cheese without butter or oil:

It's not burnt at all. I actually prefer mine darker, but this is a beautiful shade of golden brown with some char around the edges. That's good but perhaps Americans are too stupid to understand that it adds flavor unless it has a grill pattern?

As for the cheese, that's another stupid fat yankee faggot misconception - your American "cheese" isn't cheese at all. It's some artificial garbage with no taste and a disgusting texture that's engineered to melt quickly. This isn't mozzarella, almost no cheese is going to turn into goo. I'm sure it's perfectly soft and melty when you bite into it, just because it holds its shape inside the sandwich doesn't mean it's still cold and rigid.

In conclusion far superior ingredients to what you white trash lardass hamburger guzzlers eat, cooked beautifully, but you retards have panic attacks when you see real food with textural contrast and different colors so you're throwing tantrums in your poopy pampers. Go get changed.

You can thinly slice mozzarella and make it melt. OP’s sandwich is just gross.

I can make a grilled cheese with Italian mozzarella and make it melt just fine. Throw it directly on the pan for about a second or two on each side to prime it for melting right between putting it in between warm bread. Once the outside gets hot (but not melting), the rest well melt much easier.
