How would you cook this bros? Seems to be the equivalent cut of meat to pork butt and is probably the cheapest cut I can get about 2kg of.

if it’s like butt then slow cook it. if you don’t have a crockpot then use a covered oven safe dish or leave it on a low stove for several hours. you can season very simply and use the meat in different ways throughout the week, or if you’re feeding a crowd you can just make a big batch of chili or something. I literally just googled this and some ideas here sound good:

stock pot/large saucepan. cover it with water, add a can of diced tomato, some onions, salt, pepper. bring to boil then simmer for 4 hours.

Buy Chef Merito birria adobo (there’s other brands too) on Amazon. Cut into chunks and brown it. Throw it into slow cooker. Add 1 tbsp of adobo for every 1 cup of water, scale up depending on how much broth you want. I want like 2 cups broth per lb of meat. Then make birria tacos or be lazy and serve it with rice, you just shred it and spoon over some of the liquid. Fuckin delicious and easy.

Also taste test before serving, do NOT use more than 1 tbsp per cup of water as it is has a lot of salt. Add extra cayenne or whatever you like, it’s very flavorful on its own but not hot so I always add some.

Not for me, I'm Jewish and always make it with tri-tip or brisket but it seems like a similar type of meat. You could also try buying some Thai curry paste or rendang paste and coconut milk cans and make that. Since you specified cheap, it's a good way to go.

I'm not OP but you're not keeping kosher since it's not just beef it's also pork fat and fuck off with coconut this isn't a curry
OP is looking for a way to cook pork and rendang isn't kosher, either

I'd cut it into chunks for pork stew/pork curry/pork kebabs (after using tenderising powder on them), slice thin for pork stir-fries or braise in sauerkraut-and-mushroom gravy or apple gravy.

You are not very smart.
