Getting tired of bacon sandwiches every day for lunch. What are some other high protein options which are easy to prepare?

Marinate for a few hours, bake at 400F for 30 minutes. Eat with whatever the fuck you want on the side. Make sure to boil and reuse the marinade a few times so you dont waste it.

All you do is pour liquids into a bag, dry roast sesame seeds in a pan for 3 minutes and cut up garlic and ginger. Then you wait. You walk away. You do nothing for a few hours. The only way it could be easier is if you got delivery. And you can even buy a whole tray of chicken and do a large batch at once one night so you have enough for 2-3 days.

When someone refers something as "high protein" they generally mean it's high in protein in relation to total fat and carbohydrate content. 20g of net protein from a 600 calorie sandwich doesn't really qualify.
