I think I could of cut the bottom a little bit before passing to the pan because it was still a bit too hard to my taste, while the top was almost too cooked. I had them with 2 serrano pepper and some butter and crushed garlic and it was pretty good.
It was my first time with tuna steak and it was not bad, just wished I got the middle warmer while still keeping the cooking the same
