Been feeling kind of depressed and fatigued because of work lately and I’ve been eating salmon every day for the bit d. I also realise it’s anciently understood as one of the healthiest meals you can eat along with dolmades and greek salads.

Should I eat it every day? I feel fucking fantastic

I wouldn't. As a general rule, eating anything every day is probably never a good idea.

There's nothing that makes salmon "healthier" as a meat that you wouldn't get from other fish.

Cheaper labor, less regulations, etc in Chile makes their farmed salmon cheaper to raise and ship, even thousands of miles away

Most seafood is flash frozen so distance doesn't really matter.

No it's fucking dumb. No food is healthy if you eat it every day, especially salmon. Having a healthy diet requires eating a lot of different foods so that you can hit all your nutrient targets.

Yeah this is why I only eat fish fished in Tasmania (I’m in Aus). Little to no pollution in those waters and supports Aussie industry. Good shit.

It actually has to be flash frozen to be sold in the US.
