Wing it. So much to eat on the streets. We found a pierogi truck that was delicious. Even the hot dog carts are good.

You are 3 years too late. The best restaurant ever, Ninja NYC where ninjas serve and harass you while you eat dinner, has already closed.

For me, it's the McChicken from Times Square, the best food in NYC.

NYC doesn't have much good.
Its mostly dominican slop and overpriced delis.
Unless you go high end, just get something cheap.

If you are in Brooklyn consider these places:
https://spumonigardens.com/
https://www.grimaldispizzeria.com/location/1-front-street-brooklyn/

Spumoni is just good period you get a Sicilian pie and eat that.

Grimaldis is unique, not everyone likes it but the charm is you can take a pie out then chill under the Brooklyn bridge.

If you are scum that lives in the south or midwest either of these places will impress your shit tastes.

Grimaldis i can understand if people dont like it but Spumoni is objectively good. Let me guess you are one of these elitist faggots who thinks your little known hole in the wall is the best right? Because no one knows it?

people seem to equate big cities with good food and it just isn't true. large cities have the same percentage of the population with shit taste as small cities, and in my experience it's about half. thankfully now we have google maps and 4+ stars at independent restaurants are usually good bets.

Make sure you get pizza and a hot dog from a street cart. If you want steak or something more upscale peter luger's, great but and honestly really reasonably prices for NYC, 2 can eat for under 200 dollars.

The reason for that is big cities = more restaurants = better chance there is something good there. It's a numbers game. Doesn't mean a given place will be good, just you have a better chance that a place that is great exists there.

other than 1 very busy pizza place in the middle of faghatten, everything was majorly disappointing in nyc

also stay away from chinatown, it's not even a fucking town, it's just 1 small street with a couple of basic trash restaurants and underground casinos, and if the casino is open, the restaurant upstairs is closed

NYC is a big place, not to sound like a hipster douchebag, but you'll get better recs if we know where you're going specifically. For example, Astoria has some kino Greek restaurants & bakeries (along with some shitty ones), and Chinatown is obviously its own thing. Memes like Katz's Deli can be enjoyable enough if you bring your wallet and walk in with the expectation that you're getting memed and are going to enjoy a laugh anyway. Any street urchin will be ready to tout "his" pizza place or bodega, for the perfect NY slice or chopped-cheese, but take those recs with as many grains of salt as they have visible mouth sores. Actual NYC locals eat mostly frozen food from out of state, due to toxic contamination of the Hudson River. (Why is it technically illegal to bring a Geiger counter into NYC? Don't ask, 9/11, national security, etc.)

The same as you asked last week, there's nothing to be seen in NYC, it's a cess pool. If your on some expense account then fine, no matter what it's a useless sludge pit escpecially when coming in from about 80 miles out and you see the creepy fog and shit and niggers.

>> No.19284563

There's truly nothing to be seen in NYC except that weird haze over the place that one notices after about 60 miles, that's why I got out of the place. Also the stench. There's no reason for any person to be there.

>> No.19284573

NYC is absolute garbage. It's the most hectic, nerve-wracking city. Imagine having to take the 7 Train to the ballpark looking like you're riding through Beirut next to some kid with purple hair, next to some queer with AIDS, right next to some dude who just got out of jail for the fourth time, right next to some 20-year-old mom with four kids. It's depressing... The biggest thing I don't like about New York are the foreigners. You can walk an entire block in Times Square and not hear anybody speaking English. Asians and Koreans and Vietnamese and Indians and Russians and Spanish people and everything up there. How the hell did they get in this country?
