Oke you should try steaming rice for fried rice it's a game changer, dont need to wait for the next day old rice either. You can do it with regular day old cooked but your margin of error is a lot smaller. You should cut your ingredients smaller like the chicken and the beans are too big.
For the rest dont overcrowd the pan, if you put in liquids like soy sauce dont just put it over the rice better to scoop it to the side a bit and let the liquids reduce a bit before tossing the pan. You can put the dry seasoning in while toasting the rice but the liquids should be put towards the end or the rice will become soggy in my experience.
