try this fish sauce. it's pretty expensive, about 10€ for 250ml but it's on another level compared to other fish sauces. you'll never buy anything else again. there are also 500ml bottles for about 14€ which is really fair considering the quality

google it and you will usually find some asia shops that sell it. amazon is always more expensive but in this case it's not 2x or 3x expensive than asian shops because the price is already high as is
