I'm doing a couple brats and 2 different brands of hot dogs to compare.

Oh, and a grilled cheese sandwhich.

did some country style ribs a while back. ones in front are from the butt and boneless and I forgot what cut the ones in the back were but they had bone in.

curious how people grill sausages without them ending up wrinkly. it seems like 50/50 for me, I don't know if it's a technique issue. I do indirect heat but before I move them to direct, they look wrinkled. browning them fixes them some what I'm still unhappy with the appearance

I must wait until Friday to get paid so I can purchase meats for grilling, but I want to have a nice steak. Never done it myself, my dad is the grillmaster, but I am up to the challenge.

My nieces b-day is next weekend, gonna do a pig roast and have everyone over... 50-60+ people
She will probably hate it (teenager) but it's gonna be fun and I can't wait

I want to make some telescoping extensions for the base of mine to make it sit at a normal height. I love the size of the smokey joe, but I hate putting it on the ground like this.

I had a system where i sort of clipped it to a metal railing with carabiners but then a homeless destroyed it

I was thinking of using cannibalizing a camera tripod, but ones that can support ~20 lbs of weight are far too expensive for this. I think that I might just look on alibaba for the component legs themselves and getting a few of those.

You need to braise them first, then sear them for like 4 minutes. They get wrinkly if you slow cook them.
