Also parmesan wheel pasta is a lot less of a meme if you know the origins of it (an earthquake essentially destroyed thousands of wheels of aging parm, and to give them some use and allow the producers to recoup their drastic losses, a bunch of Italian chefs started doing pasta tableside tossed inside the hollowed out wheels).

Confit garlic and compound butter is a bit off a effort.
