Money is of no object, but my stomach has only so much room and I plan to eat and post your best recommendations. Please include temp of protein and any modifications to any menu items. MJ23 owns this place and he is here tonight so don’t make me embarrass myself

Menu is pretty typical for "Haut-American" stuff. Ask the waiter if the wagyu is from Japan. If it's from Japan, get that, if it's fake wagyu, then get the NY strip au poivre butter. Medium rare for NY strip, Medium for Wagyu.

As an app get the stone crab claws, can't go wrong with those.

Cocktail menu is solid.
For app
I would order the "I SURRENDER." Most unique cocktail on the menu. Crisp, bubbly, and flowery.

Sakura could be solid also.

Tequila Mockingbird is a good choice, should be a nice light fruity spicy cocktail to

For dinner
Private plane is just a paper plane which is impossible to fuck up. Oakiness of the Bourbon pairs well with the herbal amaro. Very solid drink to pair with red meat.
