how do I train to handle heat better? I'm still a bitch and can't grab stuff like a very hot mug or bowl for a long time. I wanna be able to hold scorching cast iron without flinching.

you don't and you can't numbnuts. Just use a towel.

and before you ask, people who work in kitchens just burn themselves all the time. Comes with the job.

there's this thing called a handle, failing that, an oven mitt
now go show off your ability to withstand heated cookware and drown in the puss

Anon, do you really think cooks handle stuff that's hot enough to literally cook meat 12 hours a day with their bare hands? They use towels. Nobody can hold a 450 F baking sheet in their bare hands for an entire minute

Hot water.
Used to work at a Cajun seafood restaurant and my hands were in boiling water all day long.
Probably not healthy though.

What's your job? What do you do with your hands? If all you do is jerk off and type on a keyboard you'll always have gay baby hands that can't even hold a mug

I cook ramen, the only prep work is for cold-ish ingredients, but I can't hold a hot bowl for shit once the soup is in
