I had it in Sweden in 2012 or so and it was amazing. Tried it after they brought it to the states and it tasted like generic overly sweet cider. I think I had the pear kind there though, and wasn’t able to find it here.

Cider and strong wheat beer of 8-16% alc are my go to sit back and relax drink and dinner beverage.

I tried to like wine and tested maybe 100 different whites, reds, sparklings and rose wines and maybe 3-4 of them were actually good tasting, and those were all weak 6-8% ones.

Somersby with wheat beer is pretty good - doesn't make it less sweet, but the mix is interesting, really the only way I can tolerate Sommersby. I usually see it called a Whitesnake, or a White Summer.
