How do you boil your eggs?

Place in saucepan, put enough cold water to completely submerge the eggs under about an inch of water. Turn the heat on high and bring to a rolling boil. Turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Come back 15 minutes later to perfect eggs and never get grey-green yolks again.
