Finito. This is a real hot dog. I wanted fresh tomatoes but a good ketchup (like a Polish one) will do in a pinch.

India relish is basically sweet relish but with a little more pepper. Hardly noticeable compared to regular sweet relish, I assume it used to be stronger back in the day. Polish ketchup is just tastier, more flavors going on than sugar and tomato, also no HFCS if you’re concerned about that. Celery salt yeah like garlic salt but with celery. Nice savory kick.
