I had done and ended keto for a year or so before all the "keto friendly" shit started popping up at chains. Most of it isn't keto friendly at all and includes enormous amounts of protein, sugar for some reason, or other unnecessary carbs. There is no regulation on "keto friendly" so they just slap it on anything. Eating out on keto fucking sucks and ultimately made it easy to quit. I dropped like 60lbs, but it's miserable. Might as well just count calories and exercise.
