but no, it's ranch. Ranch, Bloom Sauce, A1 go as fast or faster than ketchup.
also without fail the most expensive steaks at the time, the filet's and smoked porter, you bring it to the table and they ask for A1 or Heinz 57 or both. I never served a rare smoked porterhouse, they were always medium to well done.
