If I'm making them at home, 90% of the time I just fill them with nutella. if I'm feeling fancy I'll do mascarpone/clotted cream and jam (blueberry, cherry, or apricot)

If I'm getting them at a restaurant, then crepes suzette. But I'll ask that they don't finish them tableside, I don't want to seem like an attentionwhore.

I just cultivated a weird starter from vegetable yeasts and when I pour it on a pan the surface of the thing is exactly like a crepe, maybe better.

But the inside is still wet... like a gummy bear consistency almost. I kind of want to keep experimenting with this and see if I can make a decent 2 ingredient crepe.

I make mine with soda water, makes for a lighter, fluffier crepe. Also lemon zest. I like some top notch jam, blueberry or strawberry and some fresh cream. Pic rel was crepe suzette I made over the holidays. Probably won't do it again unless requested.

I've never had crepes.
There's a place near me that does savory and sweet crepes, but the parking in that area is a nightmare.
