OK, so here's what you do
Make deviled eggs but don't assemble them
Toast a piece of bread in a pan, flip it over, pipe deviled egg filling onto the top
Put down a slice of ham or two
Sprinkle chopped egg whites on ham, place slice of American cheese on top, then melt in hot oven

because when proteins are heated they shorten in length (coil up) and expel moisture.
A hard boiled egg is extremely dense and compact as it's just the contents of the egg squeezing themselves into a solid from the heat. Scrambled eggs get mixed with at the very least a bunch of air and usually get some kind of fat added so they're less dense and take up more space.

Yep your right, I can only eat two or three eggs whether fried or scrambled but if I'm at a picnic I'm the fat guy that stands next to this plate and eats most of them
