Why is it pizza that can get away with having a big wall of dough wall before you get to the good stuff? image if you had to do this with other foods like a samosa or a burrito If you had a 1in wall bread before you bite into those potato or fried beans....

When you make a pizza it's better if you sauce/cheese/top right to the edge of the dough, the dough will rise in the oven and create a crust regardless, idiots feel like you have to leave part of the dough barren and create a fuckhuge dough section.
